with his argument ten years of migration.
All of which I have forbidden to come to Mecca.
It was narrated that Qataadah (may Allaah be pleased with
him) said: I asked Anas, may Allaah be pleased with him: How did the Prophet
(peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) perform Hajj? He said: Four: Umrah

Since Mecca is the destination of the traveler, and the
assembly of Muslims from everywhere, God has prescribed for them Umrah
throughout the year, to be acquainted, and achieve interests throughout the
year, mercy from God to his servants.

Conditions of Hajj and Umrah:

Islam and reason are prerequisites for health, and adulthood
and emancipation are two conditions for the parts. The ability is a condition
for the Hajj. Those who cannot do Hajj must not do Hajj. If Hajj is with
hardship, it is valid, and if a woman does Hajj without a mahram, her Hajj is
valid but she is sinful.
The Hajj is not valid for a kaafir or for a believer.
If the boy and the slave are valid, they are not obliged to
do Hajj, but if the boy reaches the age of the slave and the slave is divorced,
